Rapid-C+ Annex 1 Compliance for Total Particle Counting
Our new Technical Note is now available on request. The 5 L/min flow rate is a deliberate design choice for Rapid-C+, enabling simultaneous real-time monitoring of viable and total particles while addressing a critical challenge in aseptic environments: false negatives.
Ou study demosntrates that a unique 5 L/min flow rate reduces the risk of false negatives in biofluorescent particle detection. Total Particle Counting performance in Grade A unidirectional airflow is equivalent to that of higher-flow systems (e.g., 28.3 L/min). Therefore, this approach is fully justified for EU GMP Annex 1 compliance for Total Particle Counting.
