Our latest Technical Note comparing 28.3 L/min and 2.83 L/min flow rates is now available on request. Dive into our study that supports the use of a 5 L/min flow rate for Total Particle Counting in Rapid-C+. Our results show that this criterion delivers robust and reliable performance, comparable to the commonly used 28.3 L/min, with no notable preference observed.
Our research demonstrates that a 5 L/min flow rate ensures the same level of environmental control, confirming that devices such as Rapid-C+ can be confidently used in Grade A environments.
With the objective of evaluating a lower flow rate (2.83 L/min) versus the standard 28.3 L/min, our study showed a high level of concordance - providing that a 5 L/min particle counter, like Rapid-C+, provides equivalent enironemntal monitoring to those of higher-flow-rate devices and is therefore justified for compliance with Annex 1 for Total Particle Counting.
